This workshop will take you through how to use Facebook as a business marketing tool and will cover:

• What is Facebook.
• The difference between your business homepage and your profile page
• Privacy Settings
  - What are they?
  - Why why are they important?
  - How do I change them?
• Facebook Lists (organise your friends and save time)
  - What are they?
  - How do I create a list?
  - Handy tips about lists
  - Lists and the chat feature

All workshops are hands-on so you’ll need to bring your laptop and lots of questions.

Workshops are limited to 8 people to ensure you receive some individual attention.
